HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?

Take a look at our size guide to find your own size. If you have any further questions, your are welcome to contact us and we will assist you.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within two weeks of the return of the product.

You will find a form at the back of your receipt, which has to be filled out correctly. Remember to state your order number. Also clarify which items you are sending back, and why you wish to return them.

How can I check the status of my order?

Sign in to your account and click ”My Profile”, where you can see whether your order is received, confirmed or sent.

In addition to this, all orders are fully traceable at our website. That way you will always be able to see where it is and get the latest shipping status.

What form of payment do you accept?

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

When paying with a card, you must enter your card security number (CVC). For VISA and Mastercard this is usually a 3 digit code found on the back of the card. On American Express cards this is a 4 digit code on the front of the card.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please make your order number available. View our contact pages for more information.

If the order has already been sent to you, you can still return the order within 14 days after the delivery. Note that in such case, shipping costs will not be refunded.

An item is broken on arrival, what should I do now?

We will help you manage the shipment back to us, and make sure a new item is sent to you. Since we need to establish the details of the damage before we decide how to return the item, please do not send anything back to us without our knowledge and confirmation.

How long time does it take for the shipment to arrive?

Your order will be fulfilled within two business days, subject to card clearance and stock availability. We operate Monday to Friday except from public holidays.

Shipping usually takes between one and three days, but may take up to five days for some destinations.

International orders may take even longer.

How do I collect an international order?

International orders are shipped with UPS. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the couriers usually operate between 8am-5pm business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

An item that I ordered was missing in the shipment, what does this mean?

Although DePalma Clothing strife to always display the correct availability of products, an item may have gone out of stock at the time of your order. If incorrect stock balance would affect your order, we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. You will have the option to exchange – or to be refunded the price of – the backordered items.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. But now, we Do ship to APO/FPO addresses, using USPS. Just be sure to use the "Armed Forces" alternatives under "State".

How do I take care of my DePalma clothing?

Each product have a washing instruction tag inside the garment. But real gearheads don't take care of their clothes. They wear it until it's totally destroyed.

A button has fallen off, what can I do to fix it?

Please contact us, and we will find a way to make sure the button comes back on. Or not.

How do I receive the latest information from DePalma?
